Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States. Orders ship from Texas.

Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days of payment. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Delivery

Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipping, depending on your location and the carrier. Shipping costs are shown before you complete your order.

Returns

You may return most unopened items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us with your order number and the items you'd like to return, and we'll send you instructions.

For health and safety reasons, we can't accept returns of opened food, personal care, or supplement products.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you, and we'll cover return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect a return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Original shipping charges aren't refundable unless the return is due to our error.
